Techmania science center
The regional technical museum Techmania is situated in a reconstructed factory hall on the premises of the Škoda factory. With its size of 10 000 m2 (almost 2,5 acres) it is a unique science centre within the Czech Republic. The core of the Techmania Science Centre is an exhibition called Edutorium which is focused on basic physical principles. It presents interactive exhibits which are directly related to the Physics curriculum taught at primary and secondary schools.
