A Few Facts from Our History
The Information Centre of the City of Pilsen has been a service for the public since 1994. The City Council of Pilsen has been its supporter and partner since the very beginning.
The Information Centre has been always located on the historical premises of the Imperial House (Republic Square No. 41).
The Information Centre was established as a centre concentrating informations about cultural and social events in Pilsen. Nevertheless, its main task was to help and provide information and orientation services for tourists coming to Pilsen. Gradually, the activities of the Information Centre have developed and enriched up to its present shape-see Services of IC.
